Process:
My process began by identifying customers whose stories would resonate with a broad audience. Often they were referrals from sales, a few were hand raisers from our User Evidence surveys. I conducted interviews with these customers. I focused on their results with Beefree. I also explored the personal impact it had on their work. Each story was carefully written to emphasize key outcomes while keeping the human element front and center.

These stories were then paired with visuals and graphics created by our design team to enhance their impact. Each customer story had a distinct role in our marketing strategy. We used them across the website, social channels, and email campaigns. This approach provided ongoing proof of Beefree’s value.

Each story examined how the Beefree improved the user’s workflow. It allowed them to create beautiful work that they were proud to share quickly. While saving time and staying on brand.

Outcome:
The six stories published in 2023 helped strengthen Beefree’s reputation by providing authentic, relatable customer experiences. It also opened the door for telling more in-depth and engaging customer stories. They focus not only on business impact but also on human impact. This is because our users are people first.
