Responsibilities:

  • Led the effort to gather customer reviews through both incentivized and unincentivized campaigns, using surveys emails, and a Pendo integration to capture feedback.
  • Collaborated with the email and design teams to create the review collection emails and ensure a seamless experience for customers.
  • Engaged with customer reviews, responding promptly to feedback and fostering deeper relationships with users.
  • Supported with integrating Trustmary’s widget to display customer reviews on the website and G2 badges in email signatures, the website, and sales enablement materials

Process:
G2 is one of the top review platforms online today. PEople use it to compare products and to read reviews. I, in collaboration with my teammates, created a multi-faceted review collection campaign. This included both incentivized and unincentivized methods to encourage honest feedback from a diverse range of customers. I worked closely with our email lead to distribute review request campaigns, and utilized a Pendo integration, with the help of the product team to streamline review requests directly within the product, making it easy for users to share their thoughts.

I would reply to customers who left reviews on the platforms and in doing so, I was able to address their concerns, build stronger connections, and encourage further participation. This helped us earn badges across the enterprise, midmarket, and small business grids for email template builders. Additionally, we achieved listings on the G2 landing page builder grid, expanding Beefree’s visibility.

I also worked with the design and marketing teams to leverage these accomplishments, incorporating G2 badges into email signatures, sales enablement slide decks, and proposal documents, helping to reinforce our credibility during customer-facing interactions.

Outcome:
Thanks to our consistent efforts, Beefree maintained a position in the leader or high performer categories for email landing page builders throughout 2024. The reviews and badges earned were successfully integrated into our marketing materials, providing social proof that strengthened sales pitches. Additionally, customer reviews displayed via Trustmary’s widget helped improve website engagement and conversion.
